Create your personal Season Wheel to honor nature’s cycles
Work with the elements—air, fire, and water—to awaken inner clarity and balance

Weeks 6–9 — Walking in Sacred Union

Go on intentional hikes with focused themes and guided reflections
Practice deep listening to nature for insight and inner guidance
Allow the journey to shape your voice, vision, and spiritual alignment
